I don’t see how Carlisle is too close to the sea to stop the vulcan being kept active…….look at the Southend example

It doesnt, but it means you have to keep on top of corrosion issues which can take up a lot of time and budget…. what I was saying if you reread it, i probably worded it badly, was that the rear shrouds had rotted away, but with it being so close to the sea you could not expect anything else… 🙂
