Shuttleworth Veteran Aeroplane Society (SVAS) members are able to visit the library by appointment to view the various manuals. The Bleriot search facility is very useful but it’s worth pointing out that all those items that you highlighted are also available elsewhere too. But there are also some very interesting items in the catalogue too!
 

There are some references to AP1374 of various volumes in the Shuttleworth Archive, I’ve never tried to access anything through them though so not sure how easy to access the information is.

The RAF Museum has several copies of AP1374C, volume 3 – spare parts for the NG14A and NG14B as separate listings. Amongst them are (museum’s reference numbers): T520822 & T520823 (1950), and T520824 & T520825 (1964). 

There is also a listing for the 1374c vol 1, but no specific mention of the 14B.  As I wrote earlier, my AP1374C vol 1 from 1940 and 1960s do not mention the 14B at all.

I know of a change to magneto model number for a new design of flame trap. Another used a new model number when the magneto drive changed to one using a key way. Some manufacturers use the ‘A’ and ‘B’ to designate direction of rotation. There are also manufacturers that use a change of model numbers to show use of plain bearings or a different country of manufacture. 
 

I’ve found reference to the Rotax N14/A, N14/B, N14/C and N14/E; without technical material it is impossible to say if the change of model number implies a minor of major change to design.

A model change is usually the result of a minor change to enable fitment to a different Mk. of the same engine.

Turns out I have copies of 1940s and 1960s of AP1374C tucked away on my pc. There is only mention of the N14/A magneto (no N14/B) so perhaps the pages below answer your question?
