No excuse for that.
Normally I’m sympathetic to pilots who do things, but this is inexcusable… If for no other reason than the pilot didn’t seem to consider whether the farm machine was manned.
And please note they were NOT AG aircraft.
Hopefully, the pilot isn’t a pro who flies for a living, because his ticket needs to be seriously examined.
Pilots have lost licenses for much less (no damage incidents and no one else in danger i.e. the guy on the machine). In particular I’m thinking about the FLYING magazine columnist and retired FAA official who lost her many licenses for flying underneath an empty bridge.

I should imagine the FAA will pull his licence in short order, pending an investigation, though on the face of it, there doesn’t seem to be a busting lot to investigate…

Not quite as good as he thought he was , i bet that was an expensive mistake.
