Ex RAF Halfpenny Green – Wolverhampton Airport.

Well done that man and congratulations hopefully this will ensure the future of the former RAF airfield and no developers from ever approaching in the hope of a housing project, fantastic news indeed……:- )

Well ‘they’ should fact check.

As dhfan wrote, his name is (Sir) Adrian Swire. A fine ‘boss’ he was too.

I went to a military fair there in the early 70s, I believe in the field just behind the airfield.

MH434 then owned by Adrian Squires and possibly displayed by Neil Williams
