Ww2 aircraft mainwheel

Good afternoon.

Was hoping to pick your intellectual group brains.

I have a  main wheel that is in poor condition that I’m trying to ID I was told that it’s mosquito but doesn’t appear to be to me. I thought potentionally Anson?  but again doesn’t seem to match.

Tyre size is 48×18.00-18

axle diameter – 100mm

Appreciate any help that anyone can give.

Have included some pics of numbers that can be just about made out

While not an exhaustive list, the following is from a 1950s Dunlop wheel/tyre application chart contained in a brochure. The only aircraft with that tyre size listed are Bristol Brigand, Freighter & Wayfarer.

As a note Anson is listed with tyre size of 9.50-12 or 9.75-12
