P-40 lost in fatal accident, Hamilton, Montana 27/6/23

A Curtiss P-40E Warhawk crashed in a field, shortly after takeoff from Ravelli County Airport (KHRF), Hamilton, Montana.
The pilot died and the aircraft received sustantial damage.
The original AK753-Kittyhawk I lost in accident with SAAF Jun 30, 1942. Its ex RCAF, fake “AK753” (rebuilt in 1992 with parts of other aircraft and fake “c/n 15134” changed to new c/n AK75315134)

The few photos available seem to indicate in pancaked in pretty hard, hard enough to snap off the rudder and dislocate the engine and its housing. Sorry for the pilot.
