Help identify hand pump?

Can anyone identify this hand pump? It seems to have a considerable volume compared with hand types I have seen for glycol or priming. I don’t know the length. The owner asked if it might be Beaufighter, but not from what I can tell. I don’t know if there are any part numbers (I have been handed the question in a round-about way!).
