Hello all, First post here. Many years ago, I saw a short article (I believe it was in Aeroplane or FlyPast) that told the story of a 248 squadron Mosquito flown by Gerry Yeates that struck the mast of a German Minesweeper while pulling out from an attack. It caused considerable damage but he managed to get it back home (along with a section of the mast and a German ensign)!
I’m looking for the article but more specifically a copy of the inflight shot in the article. any help would be greatly appreciated. (Attached photo is of the aircraft after it landed).
