331. Squadron aircraft identity

I am reading the danish book “Med vinger og våben”, (“With wings and weapons”) by Susanne Zima Feierskov about the (danish) pilots in Squadron 331, the first of the two norwegian squadrons.

On page 100, there is a picture, with the text stating that the picture is of a Fairchild Cornell, but I am convinced it is really a two-seater Curtiss P-36 Hawk.

What do you think?

Not a P-36 but a Douglas 8A.
