We are in need of advice on how to remake nav light covers for a seahawk wing tip, we have nothing other than the outer panel that surrounds it, ideally taking a mold of an existing one would help

Funniest looking “stone” I’ve ever seen, but as I haven’t passed by it for a couple of years, I’ll put it down to old age and forgetfulness.

The Sea Hawk on the gate at Culdrose (HMS Seahawk) is mounted on a low stone structure.
That’s appears low from the car when driving past. I don’t know how low it is if you’re standing next to it.

There is a Seahawk on the gate at NNAS Culdrose, Cornwall, perhaps they might allow you to make a clay impression of one on that A/C?

Aero modellers used to do small plastic canopies for they models. Perhaps once you have a suitable male or female mould their techniques could help.
Alternatively, why not carve one, paint it and use that.
The originals were quite thick – 1/8” or more.
