I think you’ll find it’s N169KT, there being no N189KT current on the FAA Registry.

N169KT is a Boeing 727-269 (22359), ex 9K-AFA. The owners are listed as Wilmington Trust Co, but they won’t be the actual operator.

Edited to add: It seems that the aircraft is operated by Al-Futtooh Investments Corp, of Kuwait City.
