Air Vice-Marshall Grahame George Dawson

Can anyone point me in the direction of any information concerning this officer’s death on 14 November 1944? He is buried in the British miltary cemetery in Chonoy-Menillot (in the Meurthe-et-Moselle département) in France.

Liberator II AL584 of 144 MU (Middle East Command), flew into a mountain in snowstorm near Autun, France 14-11-1944. Aircraft was en route from Middle East to Lyneham.
