Fire drill at Stansted, 1964

A gem from the Pathe archive – if you can stand seeing a Lincoln being toasted! I wonder which one?

If you look carefully, you can see the Carvair production line in the background at one point, plus another Lincoln on the dump with an odd nose and yellow paint in funny places (I await a technical explanation!), plus what I think may be two Tudor fuselages.

That other Lincoln may be RF533, a former testbed that ended its days at Stansted.
