Hi all, spotted this on eBay- not interested in buying it and I’m not selling it- what’s driving me potty is the shape is ringing bells- can anyone identify the type of machines- Eastern European? It’s dated 1937

The closest I can suggest – but it’s not a biplane – is the Lithuanian Dobi-III.

I agree with Longshot. However there is a vague resemblance to the Zanoia shaped wings of the 1913 Handley Page biplane.

I would say it’s not based on any real aeroplane , just a period toy
