Looks like bmibaby (WW) are going to be taking over the STN-BHD route, which was dropped at the end of October by Ryanair (FR) when they had their hissy fit over the delay into a public inquiry into a proposed runway extension at BHD and chose to close all their routes down from there.

Route will commence flying on 28 March 2011 and fares will start from £23.99 one way including taxes.

Good for bmibaby. As I’ve always said, there will always be someone who can see the business potential of a catchment area, when O’Leary heads for the toy cupboard.
