Thank you, Laurence. Apparently it had been stored for some six years and I wondered whether it had succumbed in a clear out. It occurred to me that C.H.Barnes (‘Handley Page Aircraft since 1907’) might have elaborated but I don’t have the book. Does anyone else have it?

Just surfing through the net and I see “scrapped at Bedford 1952”, but in my haste I lost the site that told me. Is that helpful?
