Looking through YouTube found this recent (August 2018) video showing the re-discovery of Bristol Frieghter CF-UME which landed on a frozen lake that subsequently melted and consumed the complete aircraft intact.

Those complete engines and props are worth saving, if nothing else. They could be used to complete one or two of the other old freighters left engineless after salvage.
Being made from aluminium alloy and not, as is often the case, with large sections from magnesium alloy, the engines could be in fine fettle.
