Another What's these' question

Bottle is possibly a fire extinguisher with both empty and full weights stamped on the head, agree with probably American supply due to pipe fittings.

Air bottle could be american – pipe coupling thread & cone look AN standard.

the air bottle was supposed to be Hurricane…………….
& the exhaust Napier Sabre ?
