Help identifying aircraft seat.

HI all can anyone help to identify the seat I have just purchased.
It is a low backed seat which looks like it was hinged to be able to be pushed forward,It has a bulge in the back.
Found some numbers on the seat pan.

PA/PP/1003
2/12/38 (assume this is a manufacture date )
C4025/13
33

Also has a stamp, VPA withinn a circle.
