C5 at Heathrow

I remember it well, I think it traded under a couple of names in the 80’s. It was the only place that had a ‘rumours board’. the net and flight radar would have blown our minds back then. This was not related to the West Drayton shop, which is still there. I think ‘C5’ was buzdozed to build the current visitors centre area and offices?

C5 as in Sinclair? I do recall it but at West Drayton I thought? How time flies.

It can’t be a Galaxy…everyone, or at least all serious aeroplane students…know it’s written C–5.

I think they moved to be one of these shops. It is just coincidence that I moved to the area just as they closed…

Yes, didn’t it later move to a location in West Drayton?
I think it lasted in to the 90s…
