Yak 11 forced landing 21/06/18

I’ve seen a pic elsewhere of Angie Soper’s Yak 11 on its belly in a field near Little Gransden yesterday. Hope the pilot walked away ok and damage to the airframe is superficial…

Very up front and quick update from Mark Jeffries – well done that man and best of luck with the repairs.

On pprune with a very poor photo (why a post from yesterday is archived I don’t know) – I assume the pilot is only going to be sore in the wallet.

Oh! Eddie Coventry’s old G-OYAK I presume?

Hope that pilot and airframe are not too bumped and bruised.
