I visited here last Sunday. As with all things in Norway I would suggest that you make contact to ensure that it is open to visitors. Their website gives an overview of the collection

Flyhistorisk Museum Sola
Flyplassvegen 131
4050 Sola
Located near Sola airport, I travelled on the Flybussen that leaves from stance 2 in Stavanger Bus Station to the airport and then walked back towards the museum. A good 1/2 hour walk, which is OK in good weather as there are walking/cycling lanes to follow. Google Earth is worth checking out but the turnoff for the airport and the museum have changed so I crossed the main road rear the end of runway 18 where there are open barriers. Watch out they travel on the other side of the road. Its a small collection but everything is laid out well and of course they have some gems. Its an old seaplane hangar so there a lot of natural light for photos.
The HE 115 was what I patricularly wanted to see and there it was along with an Arado 196 fuselage frame and a BF109 under restoration. Sorry can’t seem to upload photos at present.
