I had no idea of the awareness of this risky stuff, when I brushed this piece with my accu grinder!
Nevertheless, I sometimes thougt about that subject in general, when contacting these vintage parts. The wide variety of used metal alloys, colours, oils and so on, may carry some risk.

Be careful when handling the oxygen gauge face as they’re normally a Raduim (Radioactive) painted dial.

Pye Ltd. was a radio company based in Cambridge, these connectors were designed by the company and known as “Pye connectors”.
