The Airship Heritage Trust website reckons that the V class Zeppelin is 644m long, that can’t be right can it? Unfortunately, my library is very limited in respect of WW1.

644m is roughly three times the length of the Hindenburg, which suggests that somewhere along the line an m has been substituted for ft.
