There was a time when BA used to place economy seating up there, when the 747-400s were new.

I flew from AKL-MEL-SIN-LHR in the hump back in 1992, when BA still flew to New Zealand.

The irony is, that very same aircraft is probably still creaking its way through the skies in BA colours now, long past its scrap-by date.
