Mystery Tool identificatin anybody help.

Can anybody help me to identify this tool picked up at a boot sale?
Yes I know it appears to be a bottle opener with two spanners and a screwdriver at the other end, but the hole and its markings.
Fairey Turnbutton D93529 1945 with an arrow pointing to hole.
Could it have any connection to aviation, and the Fairey aviation company?

The Israeli Galil assault-rifle has a bottle-opener built into the frame of the rifle; this was to stop soldiers damaging magazines whilst trying to use them to open bottles (as had happened with previous weapons).

Trigger guard on the SLR served the same purpose..

So what’s the oval shape in the tool for or was it intended as a bottle opener, rather strange add on if that was the intention.

Although not a bottle-opener in this case it is not as strange as you may think!

OK,so its for opening fairey fasteners. Looking on the website I can see they are a similar function to Zeus fasteners.
You use either screwdriver end to turn the fastener, which releases it.
So what’s the oval shape in the tool for or was it intended as a bottle opener, rather strange add on if that was the intention.
Also the hole and the two spanners included, cant see a purpose for these extras in opening a fairey fastner.
Was the fairey fastner designed by the Fairey aircraft company, and were the fasteners mainly used for fixing panels on aircraft?
If the only purpose was to use it as a screwdriver, then why not use a screwdriver. Why produce a special tool?
All a bit odd to. Anyone enlighten me
