We’re a hardy bunch in East Notts you know, the biggest distraction with the Café inspection visits is not to call in at Witham’s!

Anon – I will try to remember to let you know when the listings go live again!

No problem, TO. I’ve amended the date on my post, too.

Can you let us know when it is back up please? The listing is also on a couple of Facebook sites, if anyone hasn’t seen it yet.

All for a celebration of some sort. Free toasties? 🙂

Anon,

The listing has been taken down off the NAM website and will be reinstated as and when the dust has settled over Saturdays cancellation – also to avoid any confusion the revised date is Saturday 14th April – further info in here!

While driving to South Lincs this morning to view the new café building, it occurred to me that 14th April will be the 45th Anniversary of Newark Air Museum being officially opened to the public (14.04.73) – perhaps a celebration of some sort is called for!! :very_drunk:

As those of you who planned to attend will probably know; the Newark jumble has been put back to April 14. However, my list of parts for sale is still “live” and there are quite a few interesting items so, I suggest you give it a once over to check you are not missing out on that hard-to-find item. Again, contact me for further details and photographs if there’s anything you might be interested in.

There are a few items from this list already sold or withdrawn. These are item numbers 1, 2, 6, 9 & 20.

Thanks,

The third, and probably the last, addition to the Items For Sale list for the forthcoming Newark Aerojumble on 3 March is due to happen soon (when Twin Otter gets round to it – he’s probably propping up the bar somewhere!) – look out for the updated post and the link.

Included are items that are too big to take to Newark but are listed anyway, such as an R-2800! I don’t think it would ride too well in the van!

Again, photos of all items are available so if there’s anything you are interested in then ask for pics.

Hope to see you at Newark on the 3 March.

Further interesting items have been added to the jumble list for Newark Museum’s event in March.

Please see the link in post #1 to view. Photographs of all items are available via the above e-mail.

Please note that the Vanguard yoke is sold.

Thanks,
