P 8658 'Borough of Morley' Gifts of War – Presentation Spitfire

I’m writing a short article for a members’ only Family History Society journal about the Gifts of War presentation Spitfire P8658.

I’ve found details about the plane on the air history website, although I could do with assistance to decipher the abbreviations.

Do you have any information regarding the plane, when commissioned, when and where it was stationed, pilots, when it was decommissioned, etc?

An image of the plane, or where one might be seen would be appreciated.

You might have already realised this is not my area of expertise.
