I see it has the extra side window similar to the Kenmore (Seattle) upgraded Beavers.
Does anyone know if it had other Kenmore mods? They seem to be pretty much standard on working Beavers.
There are still some “toy” Beavers out there owned by wealthy private pilots. There were two near me (one on towering amphibians floats…probably worth almost a million) but sadly both have been sold on. The other, a beautiful reconditioned ship, was owned by a friend who found he didn’t fly it much.

I guess it will end up in Canada if the price is not too steep. Half a million does seem quite a lot. By the way has the other Beaver at Duxford flown yet?
