This could be the first 787 story to mention ‘all composite’ and ‘wooden’ in the same report. Hey now, didn’t the De Havilland Mosquito do rarther well for itself, fashioned from trees…?:D

Aah, but those designers knew what they were doing with a material they fully understood. They also made one of the most attractive aeroplanes ever fashioned.
