FRANKFURT – The German travel company TUI is planning a massive take-over in the low cost airline market, sources around the company revelead. Talks have started with amongst others Air Berlin, DBA and Condor concerning a potential merger with HapagFly. If the plans go ahead the combined airline would be as large as Europe’s two main players Easyjet and Ryanair.
