Part ID

Be grateful if anyone can help identify this part for me. The chipped paint in the middle seems to me to read as WR142 which if correct would make it from a Vampire FB5. Only part number I can find is EA 9 20 1378. If it is Vampire I would be interested to know what exactly the part is.
