The ATR is quite often parked at the airport when I pass in the morning; I guess it’s come in from Guernsey and Luton. Even more interesting was the Antonov 72 parked next to it last week.

The daily flight times to Stanstead will be ideal for linking to the various budget flights that originate from there.

According to our local rag this evening the times will be JSY – STN at 8.00 am arriving 9.00 am returning at 9.30 am, the afternoon flight will leave JSY – STN 4 pm returning at 5.30 pm, again according to the JEP the flight will be operated using an ATR 72, but on occasion an ATR 42. Prices one way will be from £39 + £15 taxes.

These flight times will be great for me trying to get to Duxford or Shuttleworth for a weekend. Long may they last and good luck to Atlantic Express.
