The pilot was buried in Hadlow cemetery and then moved to Cannock chase German war Cemetery . Does any one know if there are any local records of the burial at Hadlow ?

Was there any surviving parts of the plane? I am interested because I have been passed down to me a service cap from a Luftwaffe pilot with the name Braatz marked inside. It fell from a Messerschmitt in late Sept 1940 near the Kent Sussex border.
