I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this. But looking through the various forums this was the one that came closest.
I’m currently building a Balsa Spitfire M.II (1:7) and I have been looking pretty much everwhere, trying to find pictures, drawings etc. showing the aileron mechanism. I have the controls down ok, but I need to find out what the mechanism looks like from the crank (in the wing) and to the attachment on the aileron.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Tony.
Thanks a million. The first link looks promising as there are some pictures showing how the guy made the links for the aileron.

Looking through my photos I have the odd image of the bellcrank from directly under it, but to be honest you cannot really see the attacnement to the aileron as it is buried in the gap. I might have a drawing, but time was running out last night, I will if I get time look tonight.

Thanks for all the replies…
I’m home from work now, and able to upload a picture showing what it is I need.
