Hello folks!
I have spent nearly a full day trying to figure out what the instrument below is for and am finally having to admit defeat! I presumed it was for dive/air brakes due to the “UP” markings and numbers (0-60 for port and starboard, 80 for centre) making sense in my mind as denoting degrees in that scenario. It has section ref 6A/7105 and part number PW833FL but neither have been helpful with google.
As always any info greatly appreciated as I have now looked at some many cockpit pictures in the last 24 hours I have gone cross eyed!

Interesting! I wonder what centre refers to if this is the case? 80 degree flap sounds like a lot!

I have it as a Flap indicator for a Viking C.2.
