Western Canada is very big. Do you have a province or city in mind?

They’ll be a few companies around the major port areas. It apparently costs more to ship them back to Asia than it does to manufacture new ones there. Not sure what the price will be in Canada, but around LA they are about $2000 for a good one, plus delivery charge.
