Recovered earlier this month were the last remains of Lancaster ED423 of 50 Squadron. See http://www.verliesregister.studiegroepluchtoorlog.nl/item2.php?SGLO=T2080
The crew was identified at the time of the loss, and most of the wreckage cleared by German forces. However, recent roadworks required the site to be cleared, and the entire site was dug down to about six meters. Found were engine parts, a prop blade, ammo, etc.
