Piecing together Lynx HAS3 GM ZD264 History, aircrew and photos wanted

We have part of the history, but now I want to find out more if the day to day history of ZD264.
Ideally I am looking to fill in it’s flying history with the following details:

Date, aircrew, Detail of flight and Unit/ship

Any entries gratefully received
