Part identity help

Hi all,

I picked this part up recently which had previously been displayed on the forum, and identified as potentially a Lanc rudder trim ballast weight.

The part had been heavily lacquered and having stripped this off, the part number 10H774 is present.

Would this confirm it’s identity?
