Places to eat with an aviation theme near Nottingham – any ideas?

Hi folks

Looking for somewhere to take my Dad for his 75th birthday meal. Most of his family and friends are around Nottingham so any suggestions in that area would be appreciated!

Petwood Hotel is an idea, but perhaps a bit far out. And TwinOtter, the cafe at Newark Air Museum might not quite what we had in mind!!
