Central Centaur IV

Hi

I found that Stampe was interrested in the design of the Central Centaur IV and to build it under lincence?
Then Renard designed a biplane trainer on the same lines as the Centaur maybe the same construction?
Who can tell me about this, is this information correct and/or how was this?
Is there any information/materials (all kind of dimensions/drawings/etc of the Centaur IV)
