Luftwaffe Gust Lock

I have been restoring this one a little since I bought it last month.

The original self tapping screws extend below the base so it must have had a rubber or leather base to prevent it damaging any fabric structure. There were also some traces of fabric/leather under the top retaining strips.

So without any other references , I have cleaned it up and added a rubber layer and a vinyl cover. There should also be two drain holes in the bottom that I need to drill the rubber through.

Does anyone know the gerate/werks number that should be on the plastic strip at the side?

Just missing the other one and the bolt And a Messerschmitt to use it on.

I have seen that modellers want to add these as details to static models but few resources/pictures are available.
