Mysterious Gemini

Just reading “Flight” magazine for May 22nd 1947 in which there is reference to the activities at White Waltham. Included in this article is reference to a Gemini which had been purchased by the Ministry of Supply and there are a couple of grainy photographs showing it with an RAF fin flash and an illegible civil registration. I can find reference to 2 examples bought for radio and licensing work by the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation but not the MoS. Any offers anybody? There is also a comment that a row of parked Bristol Brigands gave “a business-like air to the place” Those were the days, but in the case of the Brigand perhaps not!
