Suspected Turret Pump – Can Anyone Confirm?

Morning Folks.

This is a recent random ebay purchase. The AM label states it’s Mark IVC with a partially obscured serial number N(?) 28072, also C39200A.

I suspect that this is a turret pump of some sort. Can anyone confirm or refute that or post any images showing it installed?
