Forum comments and who might be reading them

Over on WIX(warbird information exchange) there has been a recent thread which was following the progress of the long rebuild of a rare warbird.The owner of the restoration company joined in and posted regular detailed updates with unique images. Recently a poster to that forum thread decided to ask detailed questions which were critical of how the restoration was being done, he had no connection with the company but decided to publicly doubt the standards being applied to the rebuild. When the owner read the comments he was very very annoyed and pulled all his images and info.

On this forum it seems some people may not realise that every word written here is in the public domain, it is read by a range of people from those directly involved in aircraft restoration to enthusiasts and of course by the press.

So please think before you post.
