Bending Tophat section

Hi guys. Just wondering if there was anyone who knows of a way I could put a bend in a Tophat section like in the side members of spitfire frame 7? I’m thinking the restorers have some sort of press! Does anyone know how this could be done in a small workshop environment? Many thanks for any advice.
P.S. I’m thinking I might have asked this question before but can’t find anything under search!!
