For those who are over this way or just for general info, The Australian National Aviation Museum is holding its annual Family Open Cockpit Day on Sunday October 9 from 9-5.

Engine runs including CAC Ceres, Cheetah, and TBC are 1830, Wright 985, Allison and Avon

Huge raffle on day, food trucks, paper plane competition, jumping castle and a solo aerobatic display from one of the RAAF Roulettes followed by a meet and greet session.

From an idea from a couple of enthusiasts in a garage a few years ago, with their help this has grown into a great annual event at the Museum. Tickets on sale now. Will make sure we post some pics up of the day 🙂
