Cockpits at Southend

Went to Southend this afternoon hoping to see the Spitfire and Hurricane make a refuelling stop.
Unfortunately the weather seems to have put a damper on that. (did they fly at Bournemouth ?)

All was not lost though, as it just happened to be the Vulcan open day, with some nice visiting cockpits on display.
