If the Battle of Britain Movie 1969 had not been made

how would today preservation of WWII aeroplanes look?
Dia I would say.
It was inspirational to many warbird collectors and of course the likes of many of the aircraft that took part in the film would never be here today, just take the Connie Edwards Buchons?
I am sure many will point out others that are in collections and flying today only because of that one film.
